Digital products — instant access

Glowist USA sells digital downloads only (PDFs, Canva templates, and similar files). There is no physical shipping. After purchase, you receive instant access via email and on your order confirmation page.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If a product is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@glowist-usa.com with your order number. We will review your request and, when appropriate, issue a full refund to your original payment method.

What we need from you

Please include your order confirmation email or order ID and a brief note about the issue. We typically respond within one business day.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, email us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of access to purchased files.
