What makes Glowist USA products different?

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! All Glowist USA products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals and we partner only with brands that share our commitment to ethical beauty. Look for the cruelty-free badge on individual product pages for verification.

What skin types are your products suitable for?

Our collection includes products for all skin types — oily, dry, combination, sensitive, and normal. Each product page includes a 'Best For' section that specifies which skin types the product is ideal for. If you need help finding the right products for your skin type, reach out to our team!

How do I choose the right facial mask for my skin?

Great question! Sheet masks with hyaluronic acid are excellent for dry skin, charcoal or clay masks work best for oily/acne-prone skin, and soothing ingredients like aloe vera or centella are ideal for sensitive skin. Check the product description for guidance, or try our curated mask sets which include a variety for different needs.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US at a flat rate of $4.99. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $14.99. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Can I return opened beauty products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products, facial masks, or any personal care items. Products must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it right away.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Glowist USA ships only within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and US territories. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by logging into your Glowist USA account. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of being placed. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. To cancel or modify, please email glowist.usa@gmail.com immediately with your order number. If the order has already shipped, you can return it following our 30-day return policy.
