Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer fast and reliable shipping to all 50 states, plus Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and US territories.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by logging into your Glowist USA account.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing certain oversized items.

Some beauty products may have shipping restrictions due to state regulations. If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you promptly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Glowist USA is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items, and we will work to make it right.

If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Look around your delivery area (porch, garage, mailbox)
3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
4. If the package still cannot be located, reach out to us at glowist.usa@gmail.com
