Our 30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We want you to love your Glowist products as much as we do.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • Unused and in sellable condition
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened facial masks or sheet masks
  • Gift cards and e-gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us — Email glowist.usa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return authorization.
  2. Pack your item(s) — Securely pack the unopened product(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include your order number inside the package.
  3. Ship it back — Use the prepaid return label we email you (return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund). Or use your own shipping method — we recommend using a trackable service.
  4. Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

For returns using our prepaid label, a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange it for the same product at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will ship a replacement right away.

For exchanges due to preference (e.g., you'd like a different shade or product), the standard return process applies — return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
